The RN coffee set was made during 1951-61 from white, lightly fluted porcelain and was available in three versions: plain white Pirkko, gold-edged Aurora, and the flower and gold-edged Kristiina.

The same fluted model was produced in tinted porcelain under the name Sointu (Chord) during 1954-59. This version, bearing the type name RNA coffee service (picture below), was available in blue, pink, green, grey or beige. The coffee service was an "organic", gently curved one, typical of its day
