RI MODEL
The only newcomer in 1940's was RI model designed by Friedl Kjellberg which came out in 1947. It was in fact a rather dated service executed in a somewhat baroque style.
Two versions of this service were available: one of ferra-earthenware sold under the name Sylvi (picture below), which had a transfer fruit motif designed by Kaarina Aho, and one of white earthenware with a transfer pattern under the name Delft.
RI was in production 1947-54 and the Sylvi transfer was used during 1947-49.
